🐍 Welcome to Playful Introduction to Python (with AI) 🤖

🔬 About This Study

You will be working with two different AI programming assistants (Assistant A 🅰️ and Assistant B 🅱️) to complete Python turtle graphics tasks. We're studying how different AI interaction styles affect learning and problem-solving.

📋 What You'll Do

  • ✅ Complete 2-4 simple Python programming tasks
  • 🔄 Use both AI assistants - you'll switch between them after completing each task
  • 💬 Think aloud as you work (share your thoughts out loud)
  • 📝 Answer brief surveys after each condition

⚠️ Important Notes

🎯 We are testing the tools, not you. There are no right or wrong approaches.
🗣️ Think Aloud: Please verbalize your thoughts, confusion, and decision-making process.
📋 Task Structure: Complete each task fully with one assistant, then switch to the other assistant for the next task.
🔀 Switching Instructions: The experimenter will guide you on when and how to switch between assistants.

⏱️ This session will take approximately 60-90 minutes and will be recorded for research purposes. 📹
